Yasir’s pracitce primarily relates to defense of businesses and non profits in general liability, professional liability and child welfare claims; complex business litigation such as shareholder/partnership disputes, non-compete and trade secret litigation, and intellectual property litigation; and construction and real estate litigation, including but not limited to representation of various construction trades such as engineers, contractors and subcontractors.
