Paxton P. Bagan

Paxton Bagan joined the ILP team after spending his first year working as a solo practitioner. Paxton has considerable experience and knowledge in a variety of legal matters, particularly litigation.

Paxton undertook the endeavor of becoming an attorney with the goal of helping others, and he prides himself on being upfront and honest with clients, and always acting in their best interest. Paxton is experienced in a number of legal practice areas including Civil Litigation, Real Estate, Landlord/Tenant disputes, contracts, negotiations, property owner insurance disputes. Paxton has experience with complex hearings before trial courts and substantive brief writing.

Paxton earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida in Orlando, Florida. Paxton then earned his Juris Doctorate from Golden Gate University School of Law in San Francisco, California in May 2020. While in Law School, Paxton was a member of the Veterans Legal Advocacy Center, which is a Pro-Bono Legal Clinic where he worked directly with military veterans to help them apply for discharge upgrades and additional benefits.
